Anyone having problems with Member Site?

Hi! I can't seem to log on to the DVC member site. I called up MS and I had the correct pw and user ID but it just keeps booting me out and I can't get past the login page. I'll call MS tomorrow if I'm still having the problem but I thought I'd see if others were experiencing difficulties?
