What are the chances?

I've just clued in that we have a long weekend in February, and we're desperate for a break. I give the chances of this happening about 10 percent, but for the sake of wishful thinking, what are the chances that I'll be able to snag a great airfare from SWA for that weekend, which is president's day? Do they offer dings over holidays?

Right now, nothing is available except their highest rate, and there's no way I'm talking my dh into that. It's just so tempting as we have AP's just sitting there, bored, waiting for something to do...

If they aren't offering a low rate now for that flight, chances are they won't have a Ding for it. Since they only have high rates, that's a sign that they don't need to offer any discounted fares. We learned that real fast with SW. When the kids are off, you need to snag the low rate as soon as the dates are released. Sorry!
