Stroller Rental before official opening?

We have an 8:50am PS for the princess breakfast at Epcot on a day where the park opens at 9am. Will we be able to rent a stroller at the International Gateway upon arrival?

Havent had any experience as of yet with the IG strollers but when we had ADRs at MK for CP at 8 am we were able to get a stroller upon entering thru the ADR line. WOW that was alot of abbreviations in one long run on sentence! :)

I will be interested in hearing responses concerning Epcot. Good question- :)
